Triggers
Schedule, by hand, an event in a connected application, a webhook, a form inside the team — or the failure of another automation.
Steps
AI step with a prompt or a bound agent, action through a connection, condition, routing, branches, for-each, wait, approval, file, notification, output.
Canvas and list
The same definition as a list for checking and as a canvas for seeing — both editable, neither a second format.
Test run first
Every automation runs as a test first, with visible output per step. Test runs do not count against the allowance.
Security settled before the first run
What an automation may do is decided when it is created — not by the model at runtime.
- The tool list is fixed on creation; writing tools need the owner's explicit approval
- A run carries exactly its owner's permissions — every permission is checked again on every run
- Content from triggers and tools counts as untrusted and passes the check layer
- AI steps run exclusively on EU models
- Admins see existence, owner, status and runs and can stop — never the definition, payload or output
- If the owner leaves the organisation the automation pauses; runs are deleted after 30 days
