Platform: one price per user
Every platform feature on every tier — chat, knowledge, agents, code projects, connectors. Only the amount of AI usage in chat and on the platform differs. Work, Studio and the developer API are billed separately.
A fair quota instead of token counting
Every plan grants every platform feature — the only difference is how much AI usage in chat and on the platform is included. The allowance is pooled across the organization, so heavy users never hit a personal wall. At 80% we notify you; at 100% we switch to fast models instead of hard-stopping. No forced top-ups mid-month. The developer API does not count against this allowance: it is billed separately from a prepaid balance.

When the allowance is used up the automation pauses and notifies — no throttling, no extra billing.
Studio: seats and credits
The add-on for image and video with its own provider. Credits are pooled across the organisation; one credit equals one cent of model cost.

Developer API: billed separately
The API and the command line are not part of the platform seat. Usage is covered by a prepaid balance of your organisation, in euros — separate from the subscription and independent of the seats' usage allowance.
Pay-as-you-go
You top up a prepaid balance and pay only for usage — no base price.
Its own balance
Usage through the API or the command line is deducted from your organisation's prepaid balance, depending on model and size of the requests. It is one shared pool; all members see the balance and the latest movements in the settings under “API & CLI”.
Top up yourself
The organisation owner tops up the balance. Suggested amounts are €20, €50, and €100; any amount between €10 and €1,000 is possible. Amounts are net plus 19 % VAT.
No key fee
Personal API keys cost nothing and have no base price — you only pay for usage. Everyone creates, rotates and deletes their own keys, up to 10 active ones per person.
Code projects stay in the seat
Code projects in chat are included in every platform seat and count towards its usage allowance. Only the API and the command line are billed separately.
API seat: predictable per person
For everyone who uses the API regularly: one seat per person brings a credit worth the seat price every month. One size per organisation, independent of the platform seat.

Academy: courses and certificates
Companies pay net per seat, private persons the end price including VAT. Certificate valid for 24 months.
