The Studio is not part of the EU commitment — and says so
Everything else on the platform stays 100 % in the EU. The Studio follows its own rule, and that rule is stated openly.
Provider in the USA
Image, video and audio generation in the Studio is carried out by Higgsfield Inc. (San Francisco, USA; processing also at a location in Kazakhstan). Prompts, uploaded images and results leave the EU.
Only the owner switches it on
The Studio is off per organisation. Only the owner can enable it — confirmed by typing the organisation's name, recorded in the audit log.
Only with a no-training commitment
We enable the Studio only once the provider contractually commits not to use inputs and results for training. Until then it generates nothing.
The rest stays untouched
Chat, knowledge, agents, Work, Code and the background services keep running exclusively in the EU — the Studio changes nothing about that.

Every file says it is AI-generated
The marking under Art. 50(2) of the AI Act sits in the file itself, not only in the interface.
- Machine-readable marking in PNG and JPEG (XMP), MP4 (XMP) and MP3 (ID3)
- Survives downloading and passing on
- No model is enabled whose output format lacks a verified marking

The Studio is an add-on with its own seat product. Credits are pooled across the organisation; one credit equals one cent of model cost.
