A project now bundles what belongs together across areas: instructions, files, chats, automations and code projects. The term "folder" is gone — there are only projects.

New with it: reminders per project and a Scheduled view showing what is coming up next.

Every organisation now chooses for itself how far the model selection reaches: Germany only, EU only (the default), EU processing including US vendors or All models. The place of processing is shown on every single model.

Becoming stricter needs no approval. Relaxing is the owner's decision only — by typing the organisation's name, recorded in the audit log. Background services such as document recognition, file search and dictation stay in the EU at every level.

A diagram, a graphic, a small tool: on request the model creates a single, self-contained file that runs as a preview right beside the chat — sandboxed, without network access.

Prototypes are strictly personal and collected in an area of their own.
