System prompts, examples and structured output; which model class deserves which task and what it costs; measuring answer quality with a test set.

Knowledge and RAG in practice
What happens technically when looking things up, cutting and permissioning knowledge areas, preparing documents, checking hit quality, using the company graph deliberately.

Agent design
From profile to approved agent — tools and their risk levels, connectors via MCP and REST, guardrails, test cases and maintenance.

Automations
Triggers, steps, variables, conditions, approval steps, webhooks, error handling, runs and allowance — and how an automation is read, changed and versioned in operation.

Process analysis and use-case portfolio
Finding candidates, estimating effort and benefit honestly, prioritising, measuring in a pilot, rolling out and accompanying the change in the team.

Governance for builders
What changes legally once you build instead of only use — deployer duties, risk check per solution, labelling, data protection triggers, AI inventory and third parties.

Practical project and completion
An automation of your own, documented and backed by a risk check — about four hours of the course.

At the end there is an exam from a rotating question pool — and a certificate that belongs to you.
